2. Our Role
We act as a venue management provider and authorised agent on behalf of partner schools.
This means we:
- Manage bookings and enquiries
- Provide or arrange on-site staff (e.g. caretakers)
- Coordinate access to facilities
- Collect payments and deposits
However:
- We do not own or operate the premises
- The hire agreement is between the hirer and the school
- We act on behalf of the school at all times
3. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or making a booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you are booking on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
4. Booking Process
A booking becomes legally binding when:
- It is approved
- Payment or deposit is received

5. Payments

- We collect payments as agent for the school

8. Use of Facilities
Hirers must:
- Use facilities only for the agreed purpose
- Comply with all school rules and policies
- Leave the premises in a clean and secure condition
Hirers are responsible for the conduct of all attendees.
9. Staffing & Site Access
We may provide on-site staff to:
- Open and close the premises
- Provide access during bookings
- Monitor compliance with site rules
All users must follow instructions given by on-site staff.
10. Insurance
Hirers must hold adequate public liability insurance (minimum £5 million recommended) and provide proof upon request.
11. Damage & Additional Charges
We reserve the right to:
- Deduct costs from deposits
- Charge for damage, cleaning, or overtime usage
- Recover unpaid amounts
12. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We act as agent only and are not responsible for the condition or use of the premises
- We are not liable for loss, injury, or damage arising from use of the facilities
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
